Custom pallet jacks are a special order and cannot be returned or cancelled once ordered. We are able to ship these from stocking locations in Chicago, IL or American Canyon, CA. We recommend that pallet jacks be purchased and shipped in 6-packs for freight savings. 6-packs require some minor assembly.
